1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Approved claims will result in:
    1. Replacement of the product, or
    2. Full refund of the product price, if the product cannot be replaced.

Important Note: Claims related to electrical shock or burns will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or clearance items.
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Items returned due to a change of mind.
  • Used products under any circumstances.
  • For laptops with brand warranty, returns will only be accepted if the device is “dead on arrival” (i.e., it does not power on at all). If the brand seal has been opened or removed on arrival of product, customers are advised to directly contact the manufacturer or brand warranty provider.
  • Non-returnable software products, as specified on their product detail pages.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and reason for return to obtain a return authorization.
  3. Submit the Return: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging and sent to the designated return address.

Note: Return requests must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection approval.
  • You will be notified via email or phone once the refund is processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    1. The product was defective, or
    2. An incorrect item was delivered.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Selly will cover the return shipping fees.

6. Terms and Conditions

  • All returns must adhere to the timelines and conditions outlined above.
  • Any unauthorized or improperly packaged returns may be rejected.
